What we collect
When a company signs up we keep the owner's name, e-mail and mobile number and the company's details. A company then adds its own employees' data (attendance, leave, payroll, documents). That data belongs to the company; we process it only to run the service.
How we use it
To provide the service, secure accounts, send service e-mails and support requests, and keep billing records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers needed to run the product (hosting, e-mail, payments) or when the law requires it.
Location and place names
When an employee punches in or out with location turned on, the phone sends the coordinates to OpenStreetMap's public Nominatim service to turn them into a readable place name. That service sees the coordinates and the phone's IP address. Questions about location capture at your workplace should go to your company's HR admin.
Security and retention
Passwords are stored hashed. A company's data is deleted when the company is removed; invoices and payment records are kept for accounting.
Your choices
Employees can ask their employer (the company) to correct or delete their data. Company owners can ask us to export or delete the company account.
